Falling in love was just the beginning

The conclusion to the epic ten-book series about the unbreakable strength of family, friendship, and love.

Lily & Lo are back one final time. Childhood best friends and soul mates.

Ryke & Daisy are back one final time. Wild risk-takers and flirty adventurers.

Connor & Rose are back one final time. Genius rivals and intellectual teammates.

Ten years of laughter. Of heartache. And love.

***Authors' Note***
Some Kind of Perfect is a full-length epilogue novel. It is highly recommended to read this book after Long Way Down. Otherwise, it will spoil the entire series. Some Kind of Perfect is meant to be the 10th book in the series.

MY SPOILER-FREE REVIEW:

You know that feeling when you go into the book with very specific and very high expectations and they get surpassed? That is my idea of book nerd heaven and that is what happened to me with this book.

#TISSUEALERT

I knew that it would be incredibly bittersweet to say final goodbye to characters from my all time favorite NA series but I seriously thought that I was ready. Truth is that I wasn’t.

All characters from Addicted/Calloway Sisters series are very close and dear to my heart. And how am I supposed to say goodbye to my heart??? Krista’s & Becca’s writing style makes even the most ordinary daily stuff sounds interesting and touching. That’s the true power of their writing style.

If you haven’t started this emotional and powerful series yet, you’re missing out big time. For more spoiler-free info about series go here. Please, do not let the length of this series scare you off. By the time you reach the end, you will still be hungry for me!

And if you are still not persuaded to start this series, let me remind you that no contemporary series has ever promoted healthy self-worth, gender equality and importance of family in such a positive way as Addicted/Calloway Sisters series. If you can get through first two super angsty books (I know some of you are not fans of super angsty) than you’ll be rewarded in the form of the most unforgettable NA series and characters ever. I have never lived any contemporary series as much as this one! This is without the doubt a series that I will re-read multiple times.

But for now I have to say goodbye to Addicted gang...

Goodbye Lily & Lo!

Goodbye Rose & Connor!

Goodbye Daisy & Ryke!

I did not know this series had so many books but it sounds like a great batch of reads. I can't wait to read them!

This series amazing. I wish there were even more books, thats how great it is. I hope you will end up loving it when you decide to read it :)
I love this series but I haven't read Fuel the Fire and Long Way Down. I have to admit to being a little bit frustrated by the authors dragging the series so much and then writing about the kids too. I'll definitely be reading them once I'm in the mood. I do love these characters dearly. I'm so glad this was such a great read for you, Lucia. It's always a wonderful feeling to read a book that wraps up nicely. :)
Lovely review!

Surprisingly, I still feel the same excitment as at the begining with every new book. I just cannot get enough of these characters! It does not happen very often so I am keeping this series close to my heart :)
I have the first book and I really need to get to it. Everyone raves so much about the series. I hadn't realized there were so many books!!

Oh yes, this series is huge. But story never gets old and I would gladly welcome even more instalments, it is so good!
I have seen so much about this series on tumblr, and have been intrigued - but I think your review of this book might be the thing to push me into buying the first book. I want to know who the Calloway sisters everyone is always on about are! I only hope to become as obsessed as you are with them!

Oh yay, it means so much to me that your review would be the one to push you to give this series a try! As I said before, it may be a bit difficult for some people to get into the series since first books is very very angsty. But series gets better and better with every instalment and it is definitely worth a try :)
Oooh I need to read this, thanks for reminding me! :D I love this series and I'm sad it's over, but there's always the possibility of rereading. I really want to see all my favorite characters in a happy ending. :)

Actually, I decided to re-read wholse series all over again because I had huge book hangoever after finishing this last novel and nothing else but these characters were holding my attention :)
I actually JUST read another review for this book, and the crazy thing is that I haven't heard of this series at all. Which sounds like a fatal mistake on my part because these books sound absolutely wonderful and like they reach such a saddening but brilliant conclusion. I'm gonna have to look into these now.

You need this series in your life! It is the best NA series out there in my opinion :)
Ahhh I'm up to Fuel the Fire I think and it's taken me ages to get through this series! It's sad to hear that it's finally finishing :(

It feels like I could read this series forever and it would never grow old. Suprisingly last two books may be one of the best in the series so you have a lot to look forward to, Jeann!
Great review Lucia! Can you believe I haven't started this series yet? I know, totally crazy since so many of my bookish friends love it and I'm always hunting for good NA. I think I'm going to binge on the whole series now -- so glad that this lived up to your expectations!!

You need to read this series, Eva! In my opinion, there is no better NA series out there. I hope you will fall in love with these characters as much as I did :)
Just remembering that this one is over gives me all the feels. It's just too much. I'm so happy though that you had such lovely experience with these books.
