Over the last 10 days of 2014, me and my blogger friends (Ali & Debbie from Black Heart Reviews, Stephanie & Brenna from No BS Book Review and Liis from Liis' Bookshelf ) will be sharing our favorite books in various categories. Don't forget to enter awesome giveaway at the bottom of this post!

Day 7: My Favorite Book Moments of 2014

* First kiss in Bad Romeo *
"Every inch of me blazes. Heat from his mouth pulls into my lungs, and I curse myself for not having been kissing this man from the first day I met him, because what he's doing to me is beyond incredible. Than he pushes his tongue into my mouth, and all hell breaks loose."

 * The Fading Dirge scene in Red Rising *

One of the most powerful scenes ever. It is kind of spoilerish so I can't give you details. But believe me when I tell you that it left me in goose bumps!

* Last Chapter in Dust to Dust *

The end of Experiment in Terror series. I couldn't have wished for better conclusion.

* Fight between Evan Arden and Sebastian Stark in Bastian's Storm *

My two favorite bad boys in death match. Perfection.

* Introduction of Jake McGrew in Donners of the Dead *

Let me tell you, I have never been more intrigued by character as when Jake McGrew appeared in this book for the first time.
"If you asked someone to tell you what a "man" was, I was certain he'd be their description."

* The ending of Transcendence *

Such a bittersweet but beautiful last chapter and epilogue. I loved whole book, but ending made it even more special and memorable. Read it if you haven't done so yet!

* First hook up in Still Life with Strings *

Random hook up in dark Dublin street between main protagonists. First chapter of the book and I already had the pleasure of reading the hottest scene of 2014.
"I think I might have dreamt you,"
What a romantic thing to say to a woman who let you shag her just minutes after you just met.

Death, funerals, romance and humor. Maybe it sounds like a weird combination but it worked! I haven't laught so much while reading a book in a long time :) (there were sad moments as well but I loved it all).
"Tears should only be wasted on an asshole if you have hemerrhoids."

I am surprised there are no Outlander scenes in here :-)

I tried to list only books that were released in 2014. And while I loved so many moments in Moby, I didnt want to give away any spoilers ;)

I haven't read a single one of those! So I'll just share a few of mine:
Archer's Voice: when Bree explains to Archer that he didn't cheat on her; it was just a lap dance
The Law of Moses: I have several favorite scenes, but they're all sad and spoilery.
Maybe Someday: the rude female roommate just assumes Sydney is deaf and no one tells her otherwise lol
Love, in English: Vera's flight home from Spain
Opposition by Jennifer Armentrout: the whole ending

That quote in Genevieve Clare made me laugh so much!
