GILMORE GIRLS BOOK TAG

I have always been a huge fan of Gilmore Girls show so when I came across Gilmore Girls Book Tag at Bingeing On Books blog, I had no other choice but to tag myself. This book tag was created in honor of Gilmore Girls revival so prepare yourself for influx of Gilmore Girls gifs!
(all the gifs were borrowed from Cynthia @Bingeing On Books, the creator of this tag)

RORY AND LORELAI - a book with an awesome mother/daughter relationship

Sadly, I remember only books that have complicated mother/daughter relationship or such relationship played zero part in the book or books where heroine's mother is dead. I desperately need recommendations for books with awesome mother/daughter relationship!

RORY - favorite character who is a bookworm

Katy from Obsidian (Lux series) by Jennifer L. Armentrout.
Katy is not only bookworm, she is also a devoted book blogger!

LORELAI - character who is super clever and quick witted

Tyrion Lannister from A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin.
He always have the best (and wise) comebacks.

PARIS - a character who is snarky and completely honest, almost to a fault

Connor Cobalt from Addicted series by Krista & Becca Ritchie.
Logica land super intelligent, you can bet on Connor keeping it real.

LANE - book with an awesome best friend

Sam Gamgee from Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien.
You won't find more loyal and devoted friend!

SOOKIE - a character who makes you laugh

Sevro au Barca from Red Rising Trilogy by Pierce Brown.
When you need to lighten the mood, Sevro is your guy. I love him!

LORELAI AND LUKE - a book about best friends who fall in love

Kaye & Samuel from Hydraulic Level Five by Sarah Latchaw.
My all time favorite friends-to-lovers & second chance romance story!

JESS - most swoon worthy fictional boyfriend

Raffe from Angelfall by Susan Ee.
Raffe is not even human but he holds very special place in my heart.

LOGAN - character who is a bad boy with that you can't help but love

Kaz Brekker from Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo.
If you read Six of Crows, you know what I'm talking about.
If not, what are you waiting for? Read this book!

I TAG ALL GILMORE GIRLS FANS!
ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT GILMORE GIRLS REVIVAL?

I haven't seen this show before... and I haven't read any of the books you mentioned! I think this shows me how far I am behind on popular books. Oops! But great post. I love finding tags for your favoruite non-bookish things too.

I used to watch Gilmore Girls as teenager but I still love it even now as adult. It must be true love :)
Ahh I have been marathoning Gilmore Girls recently (for the 3rd time.. shhh) and now I am definitely going to have to do this tag when I get a moment. I totally agree with Raffe from the Angelfall series (although I still have to pick up the last book - it's been on my shelves taunting me)

Yay, I am glad that you are going to do this tag :) I am not fun of tags but Gilmore Girls are very special to my heart so I could not pass it. I will definitely stop by at your blog when you post your answers!
I made a post - but I couldn't think of a better bookworm than Katy - she is my favourite.

I know that you are busy with FairyLoot and everything but it would be awesome if you could find time to do this tag, Anissa. I would love to know your answers :)
Love that you picked Katy as the bookworm!

Katy was the first to cross my mind :)

Yay, another Gilmor Girls lover :) I will keep an eye on your blog so I do not miss your answers for this tag, Grace! And I truly hope we won't be disappointed with new episodes.
I haven’t seen this show, but I love this post, Lucia. And I totally agree with you about complicated mother/daughter relationship in books. Sadly I can’t recommend you any books.

I always encounter only complicated mother/daught releationship in the books. Seems like authors use it as source of drama and background for character development. I wish they wrote more stories with awesome inspiring mother/daught releationship.
I have a love/hate relationship with this show. I love the town and the setting and the secondary characters, but I despise Rory with a fiery passion! And Lorelei is a shit daughter....and the series finale sucked.
But I did binge the whole series last year and I'll watch the Netflix special...even if there is no Sooki :(

I also had my moment when I hated Lorelai or Rory, but overall I always loved the show so I am having high hopes for the revival. Hopefully I won't be disappointed. Even though I am no happy abou the fact that Sookie will be absent...
